PETE VAMOS

Pete is a seasoned journalist and content creator who specializes in print, video, and audio storytelling.

 

Before co-founding Verses, he was a managing partner at Mike Agency, where he spearheaded a shift towards digital strategy, revitalizing the agency’s business model.

 

Pete's career includes roles at Sun Media, Fox News, Postmedia, and The Toronto Star, and he served as the Executive Director of the Banff World Media Festival.

 

His accomplishments in media production include writing and producing dozens of digital shorts for brands, co-writing the CBC documentary “Marymount, Again,” and working as an editor on several acclaimed documentaries, including the Emmy-winning "Plague Monkeys."

Pete's versatility extends to hosting podcasts, and writing opinion columns and music reviews, adding depth to his role at Verses.

Outside of work, Pete enjoys cooking, watching movies with his family, and making music with his band, No $ignal. 

Stephen is an accomplished creative director who specializes in bringing stories to life in video, audio, and graphic design.

 

Stephen is an accomplished singer/songwriter and was a founding member of acclaimed Toronto indie band Lowest of the Low.

He brings a well-honed eye for a story and audience engagement to every creative endeavor from his video productions to his songwriting, and even his design work.

 

Before launching Verses Content, Stephen was Artistic Director at Meta4Films, where he was responsible for working closely with clients on content ideation, creation, and execution to refine brand messages and engage target audiences.

 

Previously, he was Creative Director at Fifth Story and Brunico Communication.

 

Stephen continues to record and tour as a solo artist and hosts a weekly radio show on Hunters Bay Radio called “Northern Wish.”
